Exchanging size or color
- You can exchange size or color within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be new, unworn and unwashed, with tags and in the original packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to stock.
Returns and refunds
- You can return within 14 days of receipt, under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
- For a return not due to a defect, a 5% or ₪100 fee applies, whichever is lower, and shipping is not refunded.
- Sets bought in the 2 for ₪899 offer: if you return one set of the pair, the remaining set is charged at the regular price.
Faulty or wrong item
If you received a faulty item or something different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you in full, shipping included, at no cost.
