Using this site and placing an order on it means you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
General
- The site is operated by SHOE GO (“the company”).
- Orders may be placed by people aged 18 and over with a valid credit card and a delivery address in Israel.
Products and prices
- Prices are in Israeli shekels and include VAT. Shipping is shown separately in the cart before payment.
- Photos are for illustration. Shades may differ slightly from the actual product depending on your screen.
- A set includes only the items listed on its product page. Accessories shown for styling (such as perfume, a watch or books) are not included unless the description says so.
- The company may update prices and offers at any time. The binding price is the one shown when the order was placed.

- The offer applies to Casual and Formal sets only and is calculated automatically in the cart for every pair of sets.
- Jackets are not included. The offer can’t be combined with other discounts unless stated.
Orders and payment
- Payment is by credit card through a secure payment provider. Card details are never stored by us.
- Orders are subject to stock. If an item is sold out, we’ll email you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
Cancelling an order
- You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the product, under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging with tags.
- For a cancellation not due to a defect, a fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, applies. Shipping is not refunded.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation notice.
Intellectual property and liability
- All site content, including photos, text, logo and design, belongs to the company and may not be copied without written permission.
- The company is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as courier delays or force majeure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
